Abstract

ABSTRACT Vina Agustia / 1600861201030/ Faculty of Economics University Batanghari Jambi/ Effect of discipline on employee performance At PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi / Advisor 1st Nuraini, SE, MM /2nd Advisor Azizah, SE, MM. The purpose of this research is to know and describe the discipline of employee performance of marketing division at PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi and to analyze the influence of discipline on the employee's performance of marketing division at PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi. In discussing this issue authors use descriptive quantitative method that is by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly defined objectives to be achieved, plan the way of approach, collecting data as Materials to create a report. In this research the author held comparisons between education and motivation to the performance of employees in PT. Samudera Bersaudara Cabang Jambi. In this study that became the population of research is all employees marketing division at PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi. By using the census method, the population became respondents. The number of samples in this study was 43 people. PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi conducted various services evaluation this was done to look at a better future, a number of internal improvements and targets were made to support the company's productivity PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi doing Sales activities with the aim of achieving the company's objectives. The correlation coefficient between the performance discipline of PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi is 0886, meaning there is a close relationship between the discipline and performance variables. From the model summary test, the value of determinations of the 0785 figures stated that the disciplinary variables were able to explain the performance variables by 78.5% and the remainder of 21.5% were influenced by other variables not examined in This research. Based on the results of the calculation obtained T number of 17.308 then if compared with 1.68288 can be concluded that tcount > t table (17,308 > 1,68288). So Ho rejected Hi received and by comparing a significant rate of 0.05 then 0.000 < 0.05. Thus there is a significant influence between the discipline to the performance of employees at PT. Agung Toyota Sipin Jambi
