Abstract

Abstract SUWARDI / 1200861201105 / Faculty of Economics Management / Marketing Concentration / Influence of Promotional Costs on Sales Volume of Yamaha Motor at CV Panca Motor Branch Talang Bakung Jambi. Councelor: (1) M. Zahari MS, SE, M.Si, (2) Pupu Sopini, SE, MM. This study aims to find out how the cost of promotion, sales volume of yamaha motorcycles on Panca Motor Branch Talang Bakung Jambi and to find out how the influence of promotion costs to the volume of sales of yamaha motor CV. Panca Motor Branch Talang Bakung Jambi. This research design using quantitative descriptive research approach, the sample used to be tested and analyzed is data from yamaha motorcycle sales and promotional costs used for promotional activities undertaken by CV. Panca Motor Branch Talang Bakung Jambi year 2014 - 2016. The results of cost of promotion Yamaha Motor CV. Panca Motor has a minimum value of 5,850 in October 2016. The maximum value of 10,550 is in February, and July 2014. The average value of yahama motor promotion on CV. Panca Motor of 8.50972, this means that every 1 rupiah cost incurred for promotional activities will be able to generate profit of 8.50972, with standard deviation of 1.289010.Volume sales volume of Yamaha on CV. Panca Motor has a minimum value of 7 that is in October 2016. The maximum value of 26 contained in February 2014. The average value of sales volume of Yamaha Motor at CV. Panca Motor 16.36hal value means this means that every 1 motor sales will be able to generate sales return of 16.36, with standard deviation of 5.233.Terdapat positive influence and siginfikan variable cost of promotion (X) to sales volume (Y), this means that value of significance of variable of promotion cost (X) is 0.000 <0.05, which means significant regression coefficient or accept Ha, with partial influence of promotion cost variable (X) to sales volume (Y) equal to 0.911 or 91.1%, with tcount 12.868 > 1.69092.For that regression analysis in this research that Ha is acceptable which means there is positive influence and siginfikan variable of promotion cost (X) to sales volume (Y). v
