Abstract
ABSTRACT (Arizki Zaidan/ 1800861201174 / Effect of Motivation on the Perfomance of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch / First Advisor I SAKINAH AS, SE.MM, Second Advisor II ANISAH, SE.MM) The title of this research is “the Effect of motivation on the Perfomance of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch” will be investigated the effect of motivation on the Perfomance of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch. The purpouse of this study was to find out :1). For descriptive motivation and employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch. 2). To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch. The study included descriptive research to test hypotheses, the sample of this study was the employees of the PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch office, amounting to 57 people, by usingthe census method, all population are used as respondents in answering the statement. Techniques for colleting data using statements. The data analysis technique used is SSPS with simple regression analysis and t test. The PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch office establish on february23, 1970 as Andil Indonesia Arlines, its market Bank Name was Bali. On December 3, 1992 it was renamed bali Ray Bank (PT) on march 10, 1994, the company was designated as an ordinary bank. The new regulations of Indonesia banks in 2005 stipulate the core capital of formally acquired 80% of the company’s shares, and in 2013 the indentpendent bank raised the ownership of the shares to 93,23%. On 22 december 2014 taspen and pos indonesia injected capital into the company as an indentpendent bank (58.25%), Taspen (20.20%) and Indonesia post (20.20%). On January 23r, the name of the company was changed to PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos, on December 1, 2016 the indentpendent bank accepted the stock, which was held by Indonesia post, so on December 23, 2017 the company’s name was renamed PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen. the the Effect of motivation on the Perfomance of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch is Y= 0,067 + 0,937+ e, the constan 0,067 means that if variabel motivation is constant, the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch wiil stay by 0,067. The compensation variable coefficient is 0,937, which meansthat if the motivation variabel increases by 1%, the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Jambi Branch increases by 93,7%. The conclusion of this study is that overall motivation for employee performance is very good. And based on hypothesis testing it is know that there is a positive relationship between motivation and employe performance.
