Abstract

ABSTRACT Darius Leander / 1800861201017 / Faculty Economic Of Management / Effect Of Recuitment And Placement Of Employee Perfomance At PT Jambi Motor Kencana Indah Jambi / 1 Advisior Ubaidilah, S.E., M.M. st Advisior Dr. Osrita Hapsara, S.E., M.M. / 2 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the system of recruitment and placement of the work perfomance of employees at PT Jambi Motor Kencana Indah Jambi. This type of research is quantitative methods. The sample in this study were employees of PT Jambi Motor Kencana Indah Jambi, amounting to 37 peoples. The data used is secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method useed is descriptive analysiss method and the method of statistical analysis by multiple linear regression analysis (Y = 0,400+ 0,512X 1 + 0,424X 2 + e), in which the processing of data using SPSS 20 for windows. The use regression analysis is intedned to look at the effect of variable the system of recruitment and placement and partially. The results of this study indicate that : recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee perfomance, placement variable has a significant effect on employee perfomance and simultaneius recruitmen and placement variables have a significant effect on employee perfomance.
