Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Sub-District Office Kotabaru Jambi there is still an employee of indisipliner action, sanctions a less emphatic because not all of sanctions applied. The purpose of this research is to know the inherent surveillanceand discipline inherent in the Sub-District Office Jambi of the head and to know the influence of supervision attaches against the Sub-District Office Kotabaru Jambi. This research is a desciptive quantitative research and analysis tool used in this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variable bound against free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 used statistical test t. The correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable bound against free. Sub-District Office Kotabaru Jambi is a functional unit that functions as a center for community service work as well as the role of foresting relic society working relic in order to improve the ability of the hifup welfare and provide maxiun service thoroughly and integrated to society. The calculation SPSS Y = 14,066 + 0,428X + e of the equations looks positive influence between inherent surveillance (X) on Disciplinary (Y) Kantor Camat Jambi Luar Kota. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) r 2 this figure amounted 0,363 states that the variable inherent surveillance (X) is able to explain the variabel discilinary (Y) is 36,3% and the remaining 63,7% is explained by other factors which is not included in the research model. Inherent supervision is on good criteria and work discipline is on the criteria very well at the Kotabaru Jambi Sub-District Office. Inherent supervision has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of employees at the Kotabaru Jambi Sub-District Office. This can be proven by the comparison between the calculated t value greater than the table t (4,061 > 1,699). Inherent supervision can affect work discipline by 35.3% and the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study..
