Abstract

ABSTRACT Erik Kandesa / 1700861201167 / 2021 / Batanghari University/ Faculty Of Economics / Management of Human Resources / The Effect Of Motivation On The Performance Of The Technical Implementation Of The Service To The Food Supply and Holticultural Of Province Jambi / Sakinah,SE, MM (1st Advisor) / Muhammad Emil, SE, MM (2nd Advisor) This study aims to determine 1) to describe the motivation for work and performance of employees in the technical implementation of the service food protection hall and the holticultura of the province, 2) to assess the impact of job mot ivat ion on employess’ performance in the service of the development of the food and other facilities. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with Motivation independent variabel, while the dependent variabel is Performance. The analysis tools used in the study are descrypts analysis, linier regression tests, derminative coefficiencies and hypothetical testing t. Based on the results of this research, the motivation was significant on employee performance at the Effect Of Motivation On The Performance Of The Technical Implementation Of The Service To The Food Supply and Holticultural Of Province Jambi.
