Abstract

Arna Suryani, SE, M,Ak, Ak, CA, CMA 2nd Hana Tamara Putri,S.E.,M.M The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Investment Decisions, Funding Decisions and Dividend Policies on Company Value simultaneously and partially on Manufacturing Companies Sub-Sector of Consumer Goods Industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2020. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method that is a method used to analyze company financial data by comparing company profit and loss and calculating the tendency of changes that occur to find out the effect of free variables on bound variables and how much effect they are then used multiple linear regression equations. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a stock exchange in Indonesia that facilitates the trading of stocks, fixed income, instrument nstruments, mutual funds, stocks to Sharia-based bonds. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) also provides real-time trading data in a data-feed format for data vendors or companies. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) provides more complete information about the development of the exchange to the public. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) disseminates data on stock price movements through print and electronic media. One indicator that causes the movement of stock prices is the stock price index. Based on regression analysis, the regression equation is obtained as follows LogY=-3,053 + 0.015 X1-0.236 X2+0.427 X3+e, meaning CAPBVA and DPR have a positive influence on PBV and DER has no influence on PBV. Simultaneously CAPBVA, DER, DPR amounted to 12.8%, while the remaining 87.2% was explained or affected by other variables that were not studied. Based on the results of the F test simultaneously CAPBVA, DER and DPR have a significant effect on the PBV. This is shown by Fhitung > Ftabel (2,851>2.14) with a coefficient of determination of 0.128 or (12.8%). Partially CAPBVA has no effect on pbv because because the value of t table (0.115> 2.004) which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Partially DER has no effect on pbv because the value of thitung is greater than the value of the ttabel (1,580 <2,004) which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially the DPR affects the PBV because the value of thitung is smaller than
