Abstract

ThepurposeofthestudywastoanalyzethePromotionalMixon consumersatisfactionatCVTEAnolTelanaipurabranch,JambiCity.To analyze how much influence the PromotionalMixhas on Consumer SatisfactionatCV TEAnolTelanaipurabranch,JambiCity.Theauthor draws the hypothesis thatthe PromotionalMix has a positive and significanteffectonConsumerSatisfaction. Theresearchmethodologyusedisdescriptiveanalysismethodand statisticalanalysismethod.Thedatausedissecondarydata.Hypothesis testingwascarriedoutusingt-test,withasignificancelevel(α)of5%. Dataanalysisusedstatisticaldataprocessingsoftware,namelySPSS version25forwindows. Thisresearchwasconductedduringtheperiodof2021.Theresults ofthettest(individually)showedthatthePromotionalMixvariablehada positiveandsignificanteffectonConsumerSatisfaction. Theresultofthecoefficientofdeterminationinthisstudywas 0.805.This means thatconsumersatisfaction is influenced by the PromotionMixvariableby80.5% whiletherestisinfluencedbyother variables. Considering thatthe promotion mixvariable has an effecton consumersatisfactionatCVTEAnolTelanaipurabranchJambiCity,the nextresearchershouldexamineothervariablestoseethevalidityofthe resultsofthisstudyandcombinethem withotherdependentvariables.
