Abstract

ABSTRACT Agung Aditia Pratama / 1600861201394 / Batanghari University / Human Resource Management / The Effect of Discipline on Employee Performance at Tk. Iv Dr. Bratanata Jambi / Supervisor 1 st Sakinah, AS., M.M / Supervisor 2 Ubaidillah, S.E, M.M. This study aims as follows: 1. To Determine the Discipline and performance at Hospital Tk. Iv Dr. Bratanata Jambi. 2. To Determine the Effect of Dicipline on the Performance of Employees at Hospital Tk. Iv Dr. Bratanata Jambi. This research is motivated by the expectation of work results with a desire so that it has an impact on improving work performance. Therefore, coaching and development of employee performance is treated effectively in order to achieve a smooth process of activities in an organization that will come. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The technique used in this study is probability sampling with a slovin approach with a total of 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the method of collecting data from both variables uses a questionnaire compiled in the form of a Likert Scale. Data from both variables were processed by simple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 20 program. The tests carried out were the Test Hypothesis and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the value of t count is greater than t table with a value of (3.190 > 0.196), thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 9.4%, which means that the contribution of the independent variable, namely work discipline (X) affects the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) by 9.4%. while the remaining 90.6% is influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Hospital. IV dr.Bratanata Jambi.
