Abstract

CA/Supervisor11Albetris,SE,MM. Thisstudyaimstodeterminetheeffectofsimultanandpartial variableReturnOnAsset,ReturnOnEquity,NetProfitMargin,andGross ProfitMargin. Thisresearchusesdescriptivequantitativemethodandthesource ofthedatainthidstudywasobtainedthroughseveralliteraturesrelatedto research,thewebsiteofthecompanyconcerned,financialstatementsand theIndonesiaStockExchange(IDX). TheobjectofthisresearchisaBuildingConstructionCompany which is one ofthe Sub-Sectorcategories on the Indonesian stock exchangewitharesearchpopulationof18companies,only6companies aretheresearchsamplesaccordingtothesamplingcriteria. TheexaminershowsthatsimultaneouslyReturnOnasset,Return OnEquity,NetProfitMarginandGrossProfitMarginhaveasignificant effectonstockReturn. Withasignificantvalueof0,026,theReturnOnAssettestpartiallyhasa positiveeffectwithasignificantvalueof0,022onstockReturn.ReturnOn Equityhasnopositiveeffectwithasignificantvalueof0,086onstock Return.NetProfitMarginhasapositiveeffectwithasignificantvalueof 0,031onstockReturn.GrossProfitMarginhasnopositiveeffectwitha significantvalueof0,5120nstockreturn. TheresultsofthisstudyindicatethatsimultaneouslytheReturnOn Asset,Return On Equity,NetProfitMargin and Gross ProfitMargin variableshaveasignificanteffectonstockReturns.Partially,returnon AssetandNetProfitMarginhaveasignificanteffeck,whileReturnOn EquityandGrossProfitMarginhavenosignificanteffect.Forfurther writers,itisbettertousemorevariablestoseeeffectofvariableson stockReturns,sothatinvestorscanbetakenintoconsiderationinmaking decisions.
