Abstract

ABSTRACT Indafiq/ 1600861201324/ Faculty of Economics / Human Resouch Management / The Influence of Motivation and Organizational Justice on Employe Performance at PT. Samporena Kayoe Muaro Jambi / Advisor 1st. Dr. Saiyid Syekh., M.Si 2nd Ahmadi SE., M.M.. Dr. Ahmad Firdaus., SE., MM. Performance is the result of work in quality dan quality achived by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordasnce with the responsibilities given to him. This thesis discusses organizational justice, work motivation and employee performance at PT. Sampoerna Kayoe Jambi. Wihich in this study is to sere how the effect of Organizational justice and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Sampoerna Kayoe. The author draws the hypothesis that organizational justice and motivation have a significant and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sampoerna Kayoe. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method. The data used is secondary data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and t test, with a significance level of (α) 5%. Data analysis using statistical data processing software, namely SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the F test show that organizational justice and motivation variabeles have a positive and significant effet on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the t-tets show that the organizational justice wariabel has a positive and significant effesnt on performance. And the motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination in this study were 0.830. This means that employee performance is influenced by oirganizational justice and motivation raviable of 83,0% while the rest is influenced by other varibales ousside the research model.
