Abstract

ABSTRACK Ester Lovita Marendang Manullang / 1800861201207 / 2022 / Batanghari University / Faculty of Economics / Financial Management / Influence of Liability Total, Working Capital, Sales, Net Profit Margin and Debt To Equity Ratio on Net Profit in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Industry Listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Securities (IDX) 2016-2020 Period / Supervisor I Hj. Fathiyah, S.E., M.Si / Supervisor II Albetris, S.E., MM. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Liability Total, Working Capital, Sales, Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio on Net Profit in the food and beverage sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. Both simultaneously and partially. The data used in this study were obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. www.idx.co.id in the form of Financial Reports for the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Industry 2016-2020. The number of samples used in this study were 6 companies using the sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The variables used in this study are the Value of Liability, Working Capital, Sales, Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics which serves to analyze the data that has been collected. The data were tested by using Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 20, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypotheses. The results of the study reveal that the influence of Liability Total partially has a significant positive effect on net income, the effect of Working Capital partially has a significant positive effect on net income, the effect of Sales partially does not have a significant positive effect on net income, Net Profit Margin partially has a significant positive effect. on Net Income, the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant positive effect on Net Income. Simultaneous test results, the effect of Liability Value, Working Capital, Sales, Net Profit Margin and Debt To Equity Ratio have an effect on Net Profit.
