Abstract

ABSTRACT Meisy Alfalah Atika/ 1700861201288 / 2022/ Universitas Batanghari / Fakultas Ekonomi/ Pengaruh Volume Perdagangan, Frekuensi Perdagangan, Dan Earning Per Share (EPS) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Sub Sektor Industri Properti Dan real Estate yang Terdafatar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2020/ Pembimibing I Dr.Hj. Arna Suryani, SE., M.Ak., Ak., CA/ Pembimbing II Hana Tamara Putri, SE., MM. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Partial and Simultaneous Effect of Trading Volume, Trading Frequency, and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Share Prices of the Property and Real Estate Industry Sub-Sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. For this reason, a hypothesis test was carried out, namely the F test and t test in this study. This research method is a descriptive quantitative and collets data. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linier regression with panel data using SPSS. The tests analysis in this study is multiple linier regression with panel data using SPSS. The test carried out aare normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auotocorrelation test, hypothesis F test and hypothesis t test and determine how big the coefficient of determination (R2) is. The object of this study is to be the financial statements of the property and Real Estate Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exhange (IDX) as the object of years and have a positive profit value. The property and Real Estate Industry is engaged in the procurement and maturation of land for the needs of industrial busineses, including the tourism industry. From the multiple linier regression model, it can be explained that the analytical tools used in this research are multiple linier regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality, multicolinerity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), determination coffidence, hypothesis testing and correlation trust. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows the equation Y= 2.636 – 0.365 X1 + 0.508 X2 + 0.373 X3 + e with an F test value of 25.565. the form size t test value is 1.98. The R Square value is 54.7%, while the remaining 45.3% explains other factors outside the research model. The coclusion of this study shows that trading volume, trading frequency, and earning per share (EPS) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, trading volume, trading frequency, and earning per share (EPS) have a significant effect on the Stock Price of the Property and real estate Industry Sub Sector for the 2015-2020 period.
