Abstract

ABSTRACT With various risks that threaten workers, it is necessary to have Occupational Safety and Health Behavior The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. Quantitative research is research that is structured to examine the possibility of a causal relationship between variables. In this study, the sample was permanent employees, totaling 38 people. Based on the results of the study, it showed that work attitude had a positive and significant effect on occupational safety and health behavior with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on occupational safety and health behavior with a significance value of 0.026 <0.05. Then work attitude and work environment have a positive and significant effect on occupational safety and health behavior with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that work attitude and work environment have a simultaneous effect on occupational safety and health behavior at PT Surya Gemilang Agro Mandiri.
