Abstract

ABSTRACT Putri Kurniawati / 1800861201106 / Faculty of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University / The Influence of Discipline on Employee Performance on CV. Putra Batanghari / Advisor 1st Nuraini, SE, MM / 2nd Advisor Azizah, SE, MM. The purpose of this study is to describe the discipline and performance of employees on the CV. Putra Batanghari and to analyze the influence of discipline on employee performance on the CV. Putra Batanghari. In discussing this problem, the author uses quantitative descriptive methods, namely by making observations, interviews, or questionnaires about the subject being studied, and using verifiative analysis, namely research conducted on certain populations or samples with the aim of testing established hypotheses. In this study, the population of this study is all employees on the CV. Putra Batanghari is 63 people. CV. Putra Batanghari was established on November 4, 2013 located on Jl. Raden Fatah No. 08 Sijenjang District East Jambi, Jambi City. Based on the results of the study, the value of simple linear regression is Y = 0.783 + 0.667, with a value of R 0.702 and R2 0.494, discipline has a significant influence on employee performance in CV. Putra Batanghari with a tcount of 7,807 and a significant value of 0.000. The advice in this study is expected by the CV. Putra Batanghari company to be able to maintain the discipline that exists in the CV. Putra Batanghari company for the foreseeable future. And CV. Putra Batanghari employees to continue to pay attention to performance related to work commitments, especially regarding responsibility for the work provided by the company.
