Abstract

ABSTRACT Rahma Anzany / 1800861201242 / Faculty of Economics University of Batanghari Jambi / Influence of Responsiveness and Reliability on Consumer Satisfaction Shopping in Family Food (Case Study in Sub-District Jambi Timur) / advisor I Ahmad Tarmizi, SE, MM / Advisor II Denny Asmas, SE, M.Si. The purpose of research is to find out there was an effect of responsiveness and reliabilty dimensions on consumer satisfaction shopping at family Food (a case study in East Jambi sub-district). Family Food products are frozen meat suppliers directly from Jakarta. The development of fluctuating sales targets and fluctuating annual revenues. The research methods used quantitative research, used to determinated samples. Data collection uses data analysis with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. Family Food is a trading company located in Jambi which was founded by Mr. Adi Wijaya and Mrs. Rita 2015. The populatio in this study was consumers of Family Food in the Jambi city. The sample was determinated by the Convinience Sampling method with a total of 100 costumer respondent Family Food about responsiveness, reliability and consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis tested with t test and f test. In discussing this problem the author uses qualitative descriptive methods by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly establishing the goals to be achieved, collecting data as material to make research. Based on the result of multiple linear analyze, the equation Y = the t-test value for responsiveness (X ) is 2,990 ≥ 1,66055 t-table and reliability (X 2 1 ) t-test value is 4,395 ≥ 1,66055 t-table. With the f-test value 91,692 ≥ 3,090 f-table with sig 0,000. The value of r square is 0,654 or 65,4% while the remaining 34,6% is influeced by other factors. The conclusion of this study is that responsiveness and reliability have a significant influence either simultaneous or partially on consumer satisfaction. Variable that influence consumer satisfaction buy at Family Food in the Jambi city, based on the test t variable the big influence is the reliability.
