Abstract

ABSTRACT Renaldi Erlina / 1500861201225 / 2022 / Batanghari University/ Faculty of Economics / Human Resources / Influence of Leadership Style on The Performance of Employee of the Tungkal Ilir Kuala Tungkal Camat Office / Supervisor I Dr. H. Saiyid Syekh. M. Si Guide II Anisah SE, MM To delineate the leadership style and performance of employees at the Tungkal Ilir camat office. To analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Tungkal Ilir camat office The sample in this study was all employees of the Tungkal Ilir Camat Office which amounted to 46 people. Based on the background of this research, the analytical method used is descriptive analysis.descriptive analysis describes the research variables, namely Leadership Style and Employee Performance. It was concluded that the R Squere value explained the magnitude of the percentage of the influence between the work environment (X) on teacher performance (Y) which was 0.191 which means that the influence of the work environment (X) on teacher performance (Y) was 19.1% while the remaining 80.9% was influenced by other variables that were not found in this study, such as: motivation, discipline, confectionery, work environment, etc. It can be known that the constant value of 1,297 Gives the meaning that if the leadership style variable (X) is worth 0 then the performance variable (Y) is worth 0.358.In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the influence of leadership style on performance, which is 0.358, which means that if the leadership style in the tungkal ilir sub-district office increases by 1% then employee performance will increase by 35.8% Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the tungkal ilir Kuala Tungkal camat office as evidenced by the value of t- count greater than t table (t-count> t-tabel) = 5,396 > 2,015 then Ho is rejected and Hi means that there is a significant influence of variable Leadership style (X) on employee performance (Y) in the tungkal ilir kuala tungkal camat office Keyword ; Leadership Style, Performance, Employee
