Abstract

ABSTRACT Ririn Anjelina / 1800861201313 / Faculty Of Economics University of Batanghari Jambi / The Influence Of Motivation On Pepormance Of Employees At PT Tately N.V Desa Bayat Ilir Bayung Lencir Palembang / 1 st Advisor sakinah S.M,M.M / 2 Hj. Reni Devita S.E, MM. The purpose of this reaserch is to find out and describe the motivation and perpormance of employees at PT. Tately N.V Desa Bayat Ilir Bayung Lencir Palembang and to know and analyze the effect of motivation on performance of employees at PT. Tately N.V Desa Bayat Ilir Bayung Lencir Palembang. This research is a descriptive quantitative research and analysis tool used In this research are simple linear regression is useful to see the direction of the relationship between the variabel bound agains free. For the purpose of answering the purpose number 2 statistical test t. the correlation coefficient to know how the relationship between variables and coefficients of determination of useful to see the magnitude of the influence of the variable and boud against free. The calculation SPPS Y = 1,910 + 363 + e of the equations looks positive influence between motivation (X) On performance (y) PT Tately N.V Desa Bayat Ilir Bayung Lencir Palembang. From the result of the obtained values SPSS (coefficient) . partially the job satisfaction have an influence on performance at Tately N.V Desa Bayat Ilir Bayung Lencir Palembang . A few suggestions that may the writers giv is let employees always maintain or enhance the motivation and performance of.
