Abstract

ABSTRACT Wira Theresia Sibarani/1800861201329/ Faculty of Economics 2022/ Effect of supervision on employee performance at PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Jambi Branch/ advisor 1 ( Dr, Osrita Hapsara, SE, MM/ advisor 2 ( Gupron, S.kom, M.kom). This study is to determine and describe the supervision of employee performance and to analyze whether supervision has a significant effect on performance by using the t.test. The research method used in this study is a survey research method, while the data collection technique was done through the distribution of questionnaires. The data collection method used to obtain the data needed in this research is by distributing questionnaires directly to all employees of PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Jambi Branch as many as 36 people. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Supervision variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Jambi branch. The coefficient of determinant (R2) with a value of 0.606 means that the monitoring variable affects the dependent variable performance by 60,6%. while the rest is due to other factors not disclosed in this study. It can be concluded that the significant value obtained in the table is a significant value of 0.000 so it can be concluded that the work environment variable has an effect on performance. This is by following the significant level of 0.005, the independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable.
