ABSTRACK Zahwa Rahma Natasya/1800861201194/ faculty of economics university of batanghari Jambi / the effect of privacy and trust on online consumer purchasing decisions/ advisor I Akhamd Irwasyah S,SE,MM/ advisor II Riko Mappadeceng S.E,MM The purpose of reasearch os to find out the privasi,trust and purchasing decisions on online costumer In discussing this problem the author uses qualitative descriptive methods by looking for information about the symptoms, clearly establishing the goals to be achieved, collecting data as material to make reasearch. Shopee is an electronic trading platform founded by FOREST LI in 2009 and lanched in 2015. Shopee entered indonesia in december 2015 whose founder and CEO is CHRIS FENG. The population in this study were students of the economics faculty of batanghari jambi university. The sampel was determinated the by judgement sampling method with total of 93 custumer respondents shopee about privasi, trust and purchasing decisions. Hypotesis tested with T test and F test. Based on the result linear analyze, the equatin Y = 17,247 + 0,494X 1 . The T-test value for privasi (X 1 ) is 2,700 and trust (X 2 ) is 4,839. With F-test of 0,000. The value R square is 0,509 or 50,9% while reamaining 49,1% is infulencd by other factors. The conclusion f thid study is that privasi and trust have a significant influence either simultaneous or partially on purchasing decision. Keyword : privasi, kepercaayaan, keputusan pembelian
