Abstract

ABSTRACT Yunitha Shari Sianturi/ 1800861201201/ Faculty of Economics 2022/ THE MY LETURANCE OF WORK MOTIVATION IN EMPLOYEE PERFOMANCE ON PT DJAMBI WARAS JAMBI / advisor 1 ( Hj, Reni Devita, SE, MM/ advisor 2 ( Gupron, S.Kom, M.Kom). Work motivation plays a very imprortant role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to describe the work motivation and employee performance, and to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance in PT Djambi Waras Jambi. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS ver 21 and using medels simple linier regression with result of count Y =7,658 + 0,534X The test of determination with R² of 448%. t test by comperasion tcount > ttabel yaitu >3,469 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected, To analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance on PT Djambi Waras Jambi. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 50 people respondent. Work Motivation regression coefficient (X) is 0,534% meaning that work motivation (X) has increased by 1%, so employee performance (Y) PT Djambi Waras Jambi. Will inmprone 0,448% The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R²=0,20 (20%) which means that work motivation (X) is able to explain employee perfomance (Y) at the PT Djambi Waras Jambi that is equal to 20% and the remaining 80% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 3,469 and the t-tables is 0,1063. From the comparision results, it can be seen that the test by comparison tcount 3,469> ttable 0,1063 then Ho Rejected Hi Accepted, Meaning that brand image affect purchasing decisions at PT Djambi Waras Jambi.
