Abstract

ABSTRACT This researcher aims 1) To find out what are the problems that arise in the delivery of goods at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Muara Bulian Branch. 2) To find out how the procedure for submitting insurance claims on the delivery of goods at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Muara Bulian Branch. 3) What is the responsibility of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Muara Bulian Branch for insured goods shipments. This research includes the type of normative and empirical legal research to find out how the responsibility of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Muara Bulian Branch for insured goods shipments. Source of data using secondary data obtained from literature studies. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: from the results of collecting data from both the library and the field, it explains how the Postal Law and court decisions explaining the procedures for complaints of compensation claims against PT. Pos Indonesia Muara Bulian Branch with JASINDO Insurance in providing compensation to consumers. Keywords: Delivery of Goods, Goods Insurance, Responsibility
