Abstract

ABSTRACT (NELY SULISTIYOWATI / 1900861201042 / 2023/ THE INFLUENCE OF PLACEMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE REGIONAL FINANCIAL AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT AGENCY (BPKPD) JAMBI PROVINCE / SUPERVISOR I Dr. SAID ALMAUDUDI, SE, MM / SUPERVISOR II AZIZAH, SE, MM.) Placement plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to describe the placement and performance of employees at work, and to find out and analyze the effect of placement employee performance at workin Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency (BPKPD) Jambi Province. The research method in this research is descriptive and quantitative method. By distributing questionnaires, the sample in this study was 76 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS Ver 22 and used a simple linear regression model with the results calculated Y = a + b.X + e. The Jambi Provincial BPKPD was formerly called the Regional Revenue Service, hereinafter referred to as DISPENDA which was established in 1978 under the name Jambi District Revenue Service, whose existence was determined based on the Regional Regulation of Jambi City of Dati II Number 16 of 1978. The results of the linear regression equation are Y = 1.010+0.583X+e. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2 = 0.292 (29.2%) which means placement (X) is able to explain employee performance (Y) at the Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency (BPKPD) Jambi Province, which is equal to 29.2% and the remaining 70.8% is influenced by other variables. The t test obtained the value of t count of 4.013 and t table of 1.66571. From the results of these placement it can be seen that the test with a placement of tcount 4.013 > t table 1.66571 then Ho is accepted as Hi becomes. Rejected. This means that placement affects employee performance in Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency (BPKPD) Jambi Province. The Placement Score (X) with a value of 291.5 means that the Placement at BPKPD Jambi Province is in the high category. Performance Score (Y) with a value of 291.8 means that the performance of the Jambi Provincial BPKPD is high. From the calculation, it is obtained that the t count is 4.013 > 1.66571 (t table) then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. Thus there is a significant influence between Placement on Employee Performance at BPKPD Jambi Province. Keyword :Placement and Employee Performance
