Abstract

ABSTRACT Annisa Rifayana / 1900861201292/ Faculty of Economics University Batanghari Jambi/ The Effect of Supervision on Employee Performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Jambi / 1st Advisor Dr. Said Almaududi, SE, MM /2nd Khuluqon Azima, SE,MM. The identification of the problem in the study is that the number of fluctuating employees tends to increase in the last five years with an average of 14.57%. The lack of a supervision system, this can be seen from the fact that there are still employees who take disciplinary actions with an average development of 0.50% and employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Jambi has not been maximized, this can be seen from the realization of work that has not reached 100% and the average percentage of realization in the last five years is 98.44% for JKK and 100% for JKM. This study aims to find out and analyze the supervision and performance of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Jambi and find out and analyze the effect of supervision on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Jambi. This research includes the type of correlational research, using the research methods used is the survey method. The data retrieval technique with poll, the score obtained from the poll is then analyzed with a descriptive analysis that is poured in the form of percentages. Quantitative research is a study that works with numbers, whose data is tangible number (score or value, rank or frequency) analyzed using statistics to answer questions or hypotheses Research that is specific in nature and to make predictions that certain three affects other variables. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Jambi as a government institution is responsible for providing services to the community in its work area. The provision of services at BPJS Employment Jambi City is based on an awareness of duties, responsibilities and a high sense of carrying out services properly so that the community is satisfied. An average score of 153.7 means that supervision is at a high criterion. An average score of 156.57 means that performance is at a high criterion. the value of the regression coefficient of the supervision variable with a positive value of 0.717 means that if the supervision at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan increases by 1%, employee performance will increase by 71.7%. Based on the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This can be proved by a comparison between calculated t values greater than t table (9,102 > 1,684). Supervision can affect performance by 68% and the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables not studied in this study.
