Abstract
ABSTRACT Rika Elfara / 1500861201376 / Faculity Of Economic University Batanghari Jambi 2023 / The Influence Of Leadership Style On Employee In The Office Of Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat / 1st Advisor ( Anisah, SE, MM) / 2nd Advisor (Azizah, SE, M.M). The title of this research is ‘’The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance in the Office of Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat’’. The purpose of this study was to determine : descriptive leadership style and employee performance at Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat and to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. This research includes descriptive research to test the hypothesis, the sample of this research is the employees of Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, totaling 31 people using the census method of the entire population were used as respondents in answering the statement. Data collection technique using statements. The data analysis technique used is SPSS with simple regression analysis and t test. Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat is company engaged in the task of administering government affairs in the field of religion to assist the President in administering state government, which was officially declared in January 1946. This office has several branches in Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, one of which is on Jl. Prof. Dr. Soedewi Maschun Sofwan, S. H, Pembengis, Kec. Bram Itam, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi. The Influence of Leadership Style on Performance at Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat Y- 3.721 + 0,871, the constant 3.721means that if the variable leadership style remains, then the performance of employee at Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat of 3.721. The coefficient of the leadership style variable is 0,871, which means that if the leadership style variable increases by 1%, the employee performance at Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat increased 87,1%. The conclusion of this study is the overall leadership style for employee performance is very good. And based on hypothesis testing, it is known that there is a positive relationship between leadership style and employee performance.
