ABSTRAK ELLYANA SANTA PAQUITA / 1900861201228/ FAKULTAS EKONOMI / HUMAN RESOURCH MANAJEMENT / THE INFLUENCE OF DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT HEAD OFFICE PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA VI JAMBI / ADVISOR 1ST.DR. SUDIRMAN SE., M.E.I., 2ND MUHAMMAD EMIL SE., MM. Every Organization Wants To Achieve Its Goals. The Role Of Humans Involved In It Is Very Important. To Move People To Fit Into The Desired Organization, It Is Necessary To Understand The Competence Of The People Who Work In The Organization, Because It Is This Competence That Determines The Behavior Of People To Work And A Person's Ability To Work. Discipline And Motivation Work Is Very Important For High Or Low Company Performance. Without Discipline And Motivation Of Employees To Work Together For The Benefit Of The Company, The Goals That Have Been Set Will Not Be Achieved. This Study Basically Aims To See The Effect Of Discipline And Motivation On The Performance Of Pt. Nusantara Plantation Vi Jambi. The Problem Of Discipline And Motivation Continues To Be Studied Until This Research Is Written To Measure The Level Of Employee Performance. To Answer The Research Objectives, The Authors Use Theoretical Studies Related To Research Variables Namely Discipline, Motivation And Performance. In Addition, The Author Also Seeks Relevant Previous Thesis Research In The Form Of Previous Articles And Journals To Support This Research. This Study Used 74 Respondents With An Analytical Technique Using Multiple Linear Regression And Hypothesis Testing Using The F Test And T Test. The Type Of Data Used In This Study Is Descriptive Quantitative, Namely To Determine The Effect Of Discipline And Motivation That Can Affect Performance. Regression Aims To Examine The Influence Relationship Between One Variable On Other Variables. The Variable That Is Affected Is Called The Dependent Variable, While The Influencing Variable Is Called The Independent Variable. From The Results Of Data Processing, The Regression Payment Is Y = 2.028 + 0.281 X + E. Meanwhile, From The Hypothesis Testing Conducted, It Is Known That Discipline And Motivation Have A Positive And Significant Effect On Performance Simultaneously And Partially. The Results Of Research, Data Analysis And Discussion In This Study Can Be Interpreted That Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara Vi Jambi Provides Good Discipline And Motivation To Its Employees, And Employees Are Also Satisfied With The Work Provided And Other Attitudes. In Addition, There Is A Positive And Significant Influence Between Discipline, Motivation And Performance Of 6.30% And The Remaining 93.60% Is Influenced By Other Variables Outside The Research Model.
