Abstract

MIFTAKHUL KHOIRI / 1700861201136 / 2022 / THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON VISITOR SATISFACTION IN JAMBI CITY JUNGLE ZOO PARK / FACULTY OF ECONOMICS, MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM / AHMAD TARMIZI, SE, MM, AS ADVISOR I AND AKHMAD IRWANSYAH S, SE, MM, AS ADVISOR II. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction at tourism objects. Especially for visitors to the Jungle Zoo Tourism Park, Jambi City. To be able to attract visitors, managers must be able to provide the best quality service to create visitor satisfaction. The population of this study were visitors to the Taman Rimba Zoo Tourism in Jambi City, with a sample of 100 respondents. The method of data collection is by questionnaire which is distributed to visitors to Taman Rimba Zoo Tourism in Jambi City. The history of the establishment of the Jungle Zoo Park in Jambi City stems from the potential of this park. Therefore, starting in mid-2008, the Jambi City government made this area a mainstay tourist attraction. Based on the results of simple regression research, Y = 1.648 + 0.282 X, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.243 and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.059 means that the percentage contribution to the influence of the variable Quality of Service on Visitor Satisfaction at the Rimba Zoo Tourism in Jambi City is 5, 9% and the remaining 94.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The results of the statistical test with the t test obtained the value of t count > t table with a value of 2.476 > 1.984, so the decision was Ho rejected and Hi accepted. The hypothesis which states "Allegedly Quality of Service has a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction at Taman Rimba Zoo Kota Jambi is proven." Keywords: Service Quality, Visitor Satisfaction.
