Abstract

ABSTRACT In this research the object of the research is the emplovees of PT. AGUNG AUTOMALL Toyota Sipin Jambi. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction (2) the effect of work stress on employee job satisfaction (3) the effect of work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to employees of PT. Agung Automall Jambi. The samples obtained were 58 respondents. in this study the method of analysis, descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. all research data were processed using SPSS version 25. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed directly to employees of PT. Agung Automall Jambi. Respondents who were sampled in this study were respondents who worked at PT. Agung Automall Jambi. The results of the multiple regression equation constant value is 37025.627, if the value of the work environment variable and work stress is 0 then the independent variable is job satisfaction 37025.627, job satisfaction PT.Agung Automall Jambi, the regression coefficient in the work environment is 0.482 = 48.2% and so on stress work of -0.247 = -24.7%, this is indicated by a determinant coefficient of 0.430 which means there is a relationship between work environment variables and work stress with job satisfaction. This shows that the work environment and work stress can have a significant effect of 43% on employee job satisfaction at PT. Agung Automall Jambi.
