Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share simultaneously on share prices in the automotive and component industry sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period, and to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share partially on stock prices in the automotive industry sub-sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2022. The analysis method used is a quantitative data analysis method, which is an analysis used to test the relationship or influence of the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). The analytical tools in this study are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination (R2). The conclusion is, 1) Simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share affect stock prices in the automotive industry sub-sector and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. 2) Partially, Return on Equity has a positive effect on stock prices belonging to the automotive and component industry sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. Meanwhile, the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, and Earning Per Share have no effect on stock prices belonging to the automotive and component industry sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period..
