Abstract

ABSTRACK This research will look at the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT Indo Kebun Superior partially. The problems of these participants continue to be studied until the written satisfaction of this research is to measure the level of performance. Allegedly the level of employee motivation at PT Indo Kebun Superior is quite good. It is suspected that motivation has a significant effect on performance and has an effect on employee performance at PT Indo Kebun Superior. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method. The data used is secondary data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test, with a significance level (α) of 5%. Data analysis used statistical data processing software, namely SPSS version 25 for Windows. The results of the study prove that motivational variables have a partial effect on employee performance. Performance variables can be explained by motivational variables of 81.50%, while the remaining 19.5% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
