Abstract

ABSTRACT This reseach was fist, to analyse how to incentives and employee motivaton. Second how the Influence of incentives on employee motivation at PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Muaro – Jambi. The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee motivasion at PT Duren Mandiri Muaro - Jambi. The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is employee at PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Muaro – Jambi. PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna in Muaro Jambi, which is engganged is wood produkct. The business priorities of the company are local and eksport of product. Analysis on the research of respondents on score of incentives where indicators promoting organizational missions and motivational of higher while in in which indicator score variables work with either is score 258 This can be interpreted as employees motivation in earnest. Simple regression equation model is Y = 4,997 + 0,549 X + e. Test results of ttest is tcount > ttable, in meaning the organizational culture has Influence on performance employee. Conclusion, incentives and employee motivation in good condition. So that organizational culture has Influence significant to employee motivation on PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna Muaro – Jambi. Suggestion that head manager of PT Duren Mandiri Fortuna should directly control his subordinate work directly.
