Abstract

ABSTRACT This study will was to see the effect of price and service quality on the satisfaction of social security administering agency (BPJS) participants simultaneously and partially. The problems of these participants continue to be studied until the written satisfaction of this research is to measure the level of service quality. It’s suspected that the level of participant satisfaction at the Jambi branch of the Health BPJS is quite good. It is suspected that the price and quality of service moved significantly towards the level of participant satisfaction and had an effect on the Jambi Branch of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health. The research methodology used is descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method. The data used is secondary data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the F test and t test, with a significance level of (α) 5%. Data analysis using statistical data processing software, namely SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the study prove that the variables of price and service quality have a simultaneous effect on participant satisfaction. Partially, the price and service quality variables affect the satisfaction of BPJS participants for the 2017-2021 period. BPJS participant satisfaction variables can be explained by service quality and price variables of 66.40%, while the remaining 33.6% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
