Abstract

This research aims to describe the problem formulation that has been designed, namely looking for the influence of liquidity rations, profitability, solvency and activity on company value simultaneously and partially. The type data used in research is quantitative secondary data about financial report. In this research, the author take the title Liquidity Ratio (CR), Profitability (ROA), Solvency (DER), and Activity (TATO) to Company Value (PBV) in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period. The aim is to find out how much influence CR, ROA, DER, and TATO have on PBV in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The object of this research is the Pharmaceutical Sub Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, namely 6 companies, namely PT. Darya Varia Laboratories Tbk (DVLA), PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), PT. Merck Indonesia Tbk (MERK), PT. Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), PT. Sido Appears Tbk (SIDO), and PT. Tempo Scan Pasifik Tbk (TSPC). Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling, namely samples were selected based on certain criteria, with the aim of obtaining a sample that represents the research carried out. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The company's financial report data collection technique is a data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis with the F hypothesis test and T test. Based on the research results, the variables CR, ROA, DER and TATO simultaneously influence PBV with a coefficient of determination of 0.666, meaning that CR, ROA, DER and TATO can influence PBV by 66.6%. Meanwhile, partially the variables CR and ROA have a positive and significant effect on PBV. DER has a positive and insignificant effect on the PBV variable. Meanwhile, TATO has a negative and insignificant effect on the PBV variable in Pharmaceutical Sub- Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.
