Abstract

A good organization/agency is an organization that seeks to improve the ability of its human resources. One of the key factors to improve employee performance is the leadership and work environment in a company. In this study, researchers conducted research at the Regional Public Company of Tirta Mayang Drinking Water, Jambi City.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership and physical work environment on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. With the population of this study are employees of the business division at PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Jambi City.With a sample of respondents as many as 33 employees. Data were taken using a questionnaire measured by Likert scale. And this study used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 Based on the simultaneous test (test f) it is known that there is a significant influence between leadership variables and the physical work environment together on the performance of employees of the Business Division of PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Jambi City.With the following calculations: The test criteria simultaneously by comparing Fcalculate with Ftabel with Ftabel with Ftabel at the significance level α = 0.05.Thus Fcalculate of 7.296 Ftable of 3.32 means that there is an influence between leadership variables and the work environment together on the performance of business division employees at PERUMDA Tirta Mayang Jambi City.So it can be concluded that the accepted model and the variables of leadership and work environment simultaneously affect performance official.
