Abstract

Financial management has evolved from management that only prioritizes activities to obtain funds and use funds and manage assets. In particular, analyzing the source of funds and their use to realize maximum profits for the company. A financial management must understand the circulation of money both externally and internally. This research was conducted at the Food and Beverage Subsector Company. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of Food and Beverage subsector companies. This research aims first, to analyze the influence of the values of Net Working Capital, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets on share prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies simultaneously on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. And the second is to analyze the influence of the value of Net Working Capital, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets on share prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies partially on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The objects of this research are 15 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, namely: PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk (ADES), PT. Budi Starch & Sweetener Tbk (BUDI), PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP), PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk (CEKA), PT. Sariguna Primatirta Tbk, (CLEO),PT. Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA), PT. Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI), PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), PT. Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), PT. Sekar Bumi Tbk (SKBM), PT. Sekar Laut Tbk (SKLT), PT. Siantar TOP Tbk (STTP), PT. Ultra Jaya Milk Industry & Trading Tbk (ULTJ). Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling, namely, based on specified criteria. The research methodology used is a combination of a combination of descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. The data used is secondary data. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with f hypothesis testing and t testing. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, it shows that the variables net working capital, debt-to-equity ratio, and return on assets have an effect on the dependent variable, namely share prices. With a coefficient of determination of 0.605, this means that the variables net working capital, debt-to-equity ratio, and return on assets can have an influence of 60.5%. Partial test results show that the variables net working capital and return on assets have an influence on share prices, while the debt to equity ratio variable has no influence on share prices.
