Abstract

ABSTRACT MIRA ULFA ARIFIN / 1600861201141 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT / UNIVERSITY BATANGHARI JAMBI / INFLUENCE CURRENT RATIO, RETURN ON ASSET, AND INVENTORY TURNOVER AGAINST NET PROFIT AT COMPANY SECTOR MINING CRUDE OIL AND GAS EARTH THAT REGISTERED IN STOCK EXCHANGE INDONESIA DURING PERIOD 2014-2018 / ADVISOR 1st Dr. YUNAN SURONO, SE, MM ADVISOR 2nd IRA FEBRIANTI, SE, MS.Ak The purpose of establishing a company is to maximize profits in the form of profits and ensure the survival of the company, one of which is the mining sector of the crude oil and gas subsector. In a study of net income, researchers used financial ratios, namely Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Inventory Turnover. The research method used is a secondary data method which is primary data that has been further processed and presented either by the primary data collector or other parties for example in the form of tables or diagrams. The method of analysis uses quantitative analysis methods and analysis tools using multiple linear regression equations, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination, and operational variables In connection with the research results obtained, the discussion from the previous problem formulation is the results of the study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Inventory Turnover affect the dependent variable Net Profit in the crude oil and natural gas subsector. But of the three independent variables that were tested partially only the Return On Asset variable significantly affected the Net Profit dependent variable. The results of SPSS 20 get the log equation Y = 6.678 – 0.551 X1 + 0.081 X2 – 0.608 X3 + e. in other words Current Ratio (X1), Return On Assets (X2), and Inventory Turnover (X3) are able to explain simultaneously the net income variable in the crude oil and natural gas subsector for the 2014-2018 period affecting 87.1%, the remaining 12.9% is influenced by variables not examined.
