Abstract
ABSTRACT Sa’diah / 1600861201190 / Faculty Of Economic University Of Batanghari Jambi / The Influence Of Assurance, Emphaty and Responsiveness on Patient Satisfaction on Public Health Center Paal Merah 1 Jambi City / Counselor I Pupu Sopini, Se, MM And Concelor II Riko Mappadeceng, SE, MM. The number of public health center and the number of patient at the Public Health Center Jambi City fluctuates tend to increase. The purpose of this research is to study dimensions of Assurance, Emphaty, Responsivenessand patient satisfaction on public health center paal merah 1 jambi city and the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Assurance, Emphaty and Responsiveness dimensions on patient satisfaction public health center paal merah 1 jambi city. This research is descriptive research and multiple regression analysis aims to examine the relationship between one variables against another variable. The correlation coefficient to find out how the relationship between variabels and coefficient of determination is useful to see the magnitude of the influence of variables are bound. Public Health Center Paal Merah 1 is located on the street abdurahman saleh, built in 1974. With a work of 510 km2 located in south jambi district, has working areas of 2 villages. Public health center paal merah 1 is a public health center non patient owned by the jambi city geverment with an operational permit based on the decision of the mayor of jambi number 119 in 2019 concerning granting operational licenses for comunicaty health centers within jambi city in 2019. SPSS calculations Y = 5,595 + 0,285 X1 + 0,238 X2 + 0,367 X3+ e equation would look positively influence between independent variable of dependen variabel in Pulic Health Center Paal Merah 1 Jambi City. From the results of SPSS r2 (coefficient) values obtained this figure amounted 0,659% stated that the independent variable is able to explain the variable dependen was 65,9% and 34,1% and the rest is explained by outher by factor not included in the study models. Assuranceon the Public Health Center Paal Merah 1 Jambi City on the criteria of a good a score 377,125, emphatyon the criteriais sufficient with the score 335,66, responsivenesson the criteria is sufficient with the score 309,33 and patient satisfaction on the criteria of a good a score 356,25. Partialy an simultaneously the whole independent variables can affect the dependent variable.
