Abstract

ABSTRACT YOWAN MARCELINA ARITONANG / 1400861201278 / FACULTY ECONOMICS / MANAGEMENT / MARKETING / 2021 / THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER DECISIONS TO STAY AT DUTA JAMBI HOTEL 1 st SUPERVISOR SAKINAH AS, SE,MM. / 2 nd SUPERVISOR UBAIDILLAH SE,MM. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on decisions consumers stay at hotel duta jambi. This research method is descriptive method. This study uses primary and secondary data. The analysis method used in this study was simple linear regression equation with panel data using spss 20. Test conducted are validity test, correlation test, t test hypotheses and determine what coefficient of determination (R2). In this study, data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires of 100 respondents. This questionnaire was distributed directly to visitors or guests of hotel duta jambi city. In accordance with the result of study, spss 20 results obtained simple linear regression equations namely y = 0.659+0,720x. So based on hypothesis testing, partially (test t) service quality has a positive and significant effect because the t value is greater than t table (3.948 > 1.660). count From the results of this study, it can be concluded that service quality have a significant effect on the customer's decision to stay.
