Abstract

ABSTRACT Agustia Saputra / 140861201419/ Faculty of Economics University Batanghari Jambi/ The Influence Of Motivation on Performance In Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan)/ 1st Advisor Anisah, SE, MM/2nd Advisor Muhammad Emil, SE, MM. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and performance of employees at Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan) and to analyse the influence of motivation on performance at Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan). Data proseccing is a research conducted in order to know adout the meaning of the data collected as well as the results of research. In analyzing and interpreting data and information this study the autor uses a descriptive analysis approach and a verificative analysis approach. Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan) is a functional unit that has a function as a center of community service in work fostering community participation in the area work in order to improve the ability to live health and provide maximum implementation thoroughly and ntegrated to the community in the work area. From the regression equation above can be known constant value of 3,879. This proves that if the motivatiob variable is 0, then the performance variabel is 3,879. Motivation variable regression coefficient value of 0,914. If the motivation increases 1% then the performance of employees at Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan) increase by 19,4%. Based on the result of the above research, the motivation at Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan) is on the criteria that is being scored by 113 and the performance of employee at the Sub Distric Jambi Luar Kota (Pijoan) is at a high criterion with a score of 122. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of this is seen from the tcount value greater than the ttable (21,860<1,682).
