Abstract
ABSTRACT RICKY FACHRIALDI / 1600861201233 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF MANAGEMENT / INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON PERFORMANCE OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OF STATE CIVIL APPARATUS ON REGIONAL SECRETARIAT OF JAMBI CITY / 1 ADVISOR SAKINAH PS, SE, MM, 2 nd ADVISOR ANISAH, SE, MM This reseach was fist, What is the description of work discipline and employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Kota-Jambi. Second how does work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Regional Secretariat of KotaJambi The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is employee at Regional Secretariat of Kota-Jambi . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is employee in Regional Secretariat of Kota-Jambi. Regional Secretariat, is an auxiliary element of local government leadership led by the regional secretary. The regional secretary is tasked with assisting the regional head in drafting policies and coordinating regional agencies and regional technical institutions. Analysis on the research That the respondent's questionnaire of the highest score from the indicator on the independent variable (discipline work) is obeying the order of the superior highest score, which is a score of 263. Respondent answers from indicators on performance variables with an average of 260 good categories. Where the equation Regresinya is Y = 2,181 + 0,912 X + e. On the other hand the test t count for motivation work is greater than the this (17,593 > 1.669). Test results of t test is t count > t table , in meaning is discipline has significant effect on performance employee. Conclusion, That work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and is positively related to employee performance. If the discipline of work increases it will give a significant increase in employee performance. st
