Abstract

ABSTRACT Sandra Lupita Syapitri / 1700861201375 / Faculty of University Economic Batanghari Jambi / Management / The Effect of work discipline on the Perfomance of Employees in Publik Companies Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota / 1st advisor ( Reni Devita SE.MM)/ 2nd Advisor (Azizah SE.MM) . The sub-district office of Jambi outside the city is located in the village of pijoan ,this sub-district office plays an important role in the creation of prosperous and peaceful society, this study aims to determine the partial effect of work discipline variables on the performance of employees at the Jambi sub-district office outside the city . The sample used was 38 people who became respondents, the date collection methods in this study were interview ,questionnaires and literature studies, descriptive statistical analysis methods,while the hypothesis testing used was simple linear regression analysis ,t test , correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination . The heead of the sub-district is named Azrizal S.Sos .the Jambi subdistrict office is outside the city, having its address at jalan Jambi-Muaro bulian ,pijoan village, Jambi District outside the city, Muaro Jambi Regency, postal code 36363 . procesing data in this study using the softwere program SPSS 22.00 for windows .Partial testing of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance .based on the results of research conducted from this partial test. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the results of the t test for the work discipline variable are 6.603 with a table value of 2.028 or 6.603>2.208 so t count > t table , then ho is rejected and ha is accepted ,which means that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable . the coefficient of determination is 54.8% or illustrates that there is an effect of work discipline of 54.8% on employe perfomance ,and the remaining 45.2% is infuenced by other variables not examined in the study.
