Abstract
ABSTRACT Eko wahyudi / 1700861201419 / The Influence of incentives on the Motivation of Employees At PT. Jambi Distribusindo Raya / 1st Advisor Dr. Jonner Simarmata, MM / 2nd Advisor Muhammad Emil, SE, MM. In an organization, the success of achieving organizational goals can not be sparated from the human resources owned. Work incentive has an effect on the quality of the motivation of the land office. The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between incentive and motivation. There are two purposes on this research, the first purposes to find how the effect of Incentives on the Motivation of Employees at PT Jambi Distribusindo Raya and second purpose is to find out whether Incentives effect on Motivation at PT Jambi Distribusindo Raya. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used for this research is primary data. Data collection methods with field research such questionnares, observation methods, interviews and library research. The research sample was 38 employees at PT Jambi Distribusindo Raya. Based on results of the study, the linear regression value that is Y = 1.439 + 0.526X + e, with a R value and a R2 value of 0.284 on test t work Insentives has an effect on employee Motivasion at the PT Jambi Distribusindo Raya with a value of 3.777 and a significance value of 0.001.
