Abstract
Human resource is one of the most important factor, because of the absence of the role of human resources quality. All activities within an agency will not be implemented optimally, an institution that wants to carry out its duties and function properly, then the of human resources. Semerap Community Health Center is a community health center located in West Lake Kerinci District. This health center was founded in 1992 on land donated by the community with a land area of ± 1428 M². During its establishment, this health center has often won awards as an exemplary health center at both the Kerinci Regency and Jambi Province levels. As well as other awards. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of community health center employees. The influence of motivation and employees performance is tested both directly and indirectly. This research used a sample 0f 30 employees who worked at community health centers Semerap Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Barat. To answer the problem in this study, descriptive analysis was used. Descriptive analysis is used to determine the existing motivational and performance descriptions. This study uses path analysis to address the effects of motivation and performance in community health centers Semerap Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Barat. Therefore, there is a significant influence between scientific motivation on the performance of employees Semerap Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Barat. Based on partial statistical tests, so that motivation variables have a significant on employee performance in community health centers Semerap Kecamatan Danau Kerinci Barat.
