Abstract

Work environment plays a very important role in employee performance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to describe the work environment and the performance employees, and to find out and analyze the effect of work environtment on the performance employees at PT. Agrowiyana West Tanjung Jabung Regency. Research methods in this study is descriptive and quantitative method. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 23 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = a+b.X+e. The distribution of questionnaires with a then the sample in this study amounted to 73 people respondent. Data analyze use SPSS Ver 23 and using models simple linier regression with result of count Y = 0,892+0,581X+e. To analyze the effect of work environtment on the performance employees at PT. Agrowiyana West Tanjung Jabung Regency. Work environment regression coefficient (X) is 0,581, meaning that work environment(X) has increased by 1%, so the performance employees (Y) at PT. Agrowiyana West Tanjung Jabung Regency is 0,581. The coefficient of determination is known from the value of R2=0,376 (37,6%) which means that work environment (X) is able to explain on the performance employees (Y) at PT. Agrowiyana West Tanjung Jabung Regency that is equal to 37,6% and the remaining 62,4% is influenced by other variables. Not investigated in this study. Based on t-test, t-count value is 4,056 and the t-table is 1,99394. From the comparison results, it can be seen that the test by comparison tcount 4,056> ttable 1,99394 then Ho accepted Hi be. Rejected. Meaning that work environtment on the performance employees at PT. Agrowiyana West Tanjung Jabung Regency.
