Abstract

ABSTRACT Bambang Tri Suryo Dharmo/ 1800861201001/ faculty of economics, Batanghari University Jambi/ The influence of supervision on mployee perpormance at PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi/ Superpisor I Dr. H. Saiyid Syekh, SE, M.Si/ Supepisor II Muhammad Emil, SE, M.M The purpose of this study was to the termine the desctription of the inflimentation of supepision on the level of perpormance of employees of PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi and to Find out and analyze the epect of supervision on mployee perpormance at PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi. In discussing disproblem the author uses a qualitatipe descriptipe methot. Qualitatipe descriptipe is use if it aims to describe or explain an efen or an efent that is happening at the present time in the forn of meaning full numbers. PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi was founded in 2007, is one of the companies enaget in supplying areca nut (Bettle nut). PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi is a company engaget in suppliying betel nuts (Bettle nut), either peeld/ unpeeled, fresh or dry. Porducts/ services ex porter worledwide. The regression coeffiecint vaule of the superfisory variable which is positive is 0,179 if the supervisory coefficient value is positive, if there is a change in the supervision variable, it will cause a direct change in the perfonce variable. In this study, it can be analyzed the magnitude of the influence of supervision on performance Areca jambi increased by 1% then employee performance will increase by 71,9%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that supervision has an effect on employee performance at PT. Sumber Rezeki Areca Jambi, this can be seen from the value of t count > t table (6,997 >1,688) and the significant level is smaller than alpha (0,05). Keywords: Monitoring and Performance
