Abstract

ABSTRACT FAIDUN NIAM ALHAMDI / 1600861201400 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF MANAGEMENT / EFFECT DISCIPLINE OF WORK ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT KECAMATAN OFFICE OF BRAM ITAM OF WEST TANJUNG JABUNG REGENCY / 1 st ADVISORNURAINI, SE, MM, 2 nd ADVISOR DRS. RASDI,MM This reseach was fist, to analyse how to conduct discipline of work and employee performance. Second how the effect of discipline of work on employee performance at Kecamatan Office of Bram Itam of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is employee atkecamatan Office of Bram Itam of West Tanjung Jabung District . The method for analysis is analysis simpleregression, hypotesis test, correlationso determinant coefficient and t_test. The object of this research is employee in Kecamatan Office of Bram Itam of West Tanjung Jabung Regency.Where the office of the Community serves the needs of the society in the Western estuary. The needs of the community such as moving letters, certificate of residence, letter of domicile and others. Analysis on the research That the respondent's questionnaire of the highest score from the indicator on the independent variable (motivation work) is need for affiliations showing the highest score, which is a score of 150. Respondents in the need for affiliations indicators, employees of the District Bram Itam West Tanjung Jabung has a very close association with the organization of Bram Itam District and has values of togetherness with In the district office of Bram Itam .Where the equation Regresinya is Y = 2,181 + 0,912 X + e.On the other hand the test t count for motivation work is greater than the this (17,593> 1.698). Test results of t test is t count > t , in meaning is discipline has significant effect on performance employee. table Conclusion, That work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and is positively related to employee performance. If the discipline of work increases it will give a significant increase in employee performance.
