Abstract

ABSTRACT MARISYA PUTRI / 1800861201038 / FACULTY ECONOMIC OF MANAGEMENT / EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUNSUMER SATISFACTION AT CINTA CATERING OF JAMBI CITY / 1 ADVISOR SUSILAWATI, SE, MSI AND 2 nd ADVISOR ANISAH, SE, MM. This research aims to analyze fistly, how to how to conduct service quality and consumer satisfaction and how does service quality affect to consumer satisfaction in Cinta Catering Jambi City The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data.The population become object in this research is job satisfaction at executive fitness center. . The method for analysis is analysis simple regression, hypotesis test, correlation so determinant coefficient and t_test. Cinta Catering located at Jl. Sunan Giri, Simpang III, Jambi City. As a place that provides a variety of local space cafee Result of research is service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cinta Catering of Jambi City. This is evidenced by the sales promotion is greater than the ttabel, namely and prop.sig is smaller than α (5%) or (3,173 > 1,668) and (0.002 < α (5%). And service quality and consumer satisfaction are interconnected and the two variables have a positive relationship. As well as the value of r2 of 73.1% means that the service quality variable can explain influencing consumer satisfaction variables. Conclusion is the variable service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cinta Catering of Jambi City. Keyword : Service quality, Consumer satisfaction.
