Abstract

ABSTRACT NandaAfriandanuRamadan/1500861201397/Faculty Of Economi University Batangari Jambi 2015 / The influence of motivation on employee work productivity at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah / 1 st Advisor (Dr. Osrita Hapsara, SE,MM / 2 Advisor (Azizah, SE, MM) The purpose of this study is to prove empirically to analyze the effect of motivation simultaneously on work productivity at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah and to analyze the effect of motivation partially on work productivity at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. The type of data used in this research is primary data which is done by questionnaire and secondary data is in the form of supporting data for this research, the internal source is the employees of Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. Sources of research data obtained from observations by means of interviews and giving or distributing questionnaires with leaders and employees of Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. A constant value of -500 means that if the independent variable, namely Motivation (X), is zero (0), then the dependent variable (Y) is the work productivity of Bank 9 Jambi Syariah employees with a fixed value of -500.The regression coefficient of the Motivation variable (X) is positive at 1.045, meaning that if the variable X Motivation has decreased by one (1) unit while the other variables are considered constant, then the Y variable, namely Productivity, will increase by 1.045. Simultaneously, motivation affects work productivity because the t value is greater than the t table value (9.851>1.69092). partially motivation does not affect work productivity.
