Abstract
ABSTRACT Nurul Widya / 1800861201182/ Faculity Of Economic University Batanghari Jambi 2018/ The Influence Of Leadership Style On Employees In The Office Of PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi 1st Advisor (Hj. Reni Devita, SE, M.M) / 2nd Advisor (Anisah, SE, M.M). The title of this research is "The Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance in the Office of PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi". The purpose of this study was to determine: descriptive leadership style and employee performance at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi and to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi. This research includes descriptive research to test the hypothesis, the sample of this research is the employees of PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi, totaling 42 people using the census method of the entire population were used as respondents in answering the statement. Data collection techniques using statements. The data analysis technique used is SPSS with simple regression analysis and t test. PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi is a company engaged in the automotive sector, which was officially declared in 2004 as an official HONDA dealer with the owner of the company named Dra. Soesilawati. This dealer has several branches in Jambi, one of which is on Jl. Sergeant Zuairida rt.02 kel. Sulanjana, East Jambi district. The Influence of Leadership Style on Performance at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi Y- 0.346 + 0.907, the constant 0.346 means that if the variable leadership style remains, then the performance of employees at PT. Sentosa Sakti Motor Jambi of 0.346. The coefficient of the leadership style variable is 0.907, which means that if the leadership style variable increases by 1%, the employee performance at PT.
