Abstract

ABSTRACT RINDU CITRA DWI / 1700861201327 / THE EFFECT OF WORK FACILITIES ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMPN 21 KOTA JAMBI / ADVISOR 1 st : NURAINI, SE, MM / ADVISOR 2 nd : Drs. RASDI, MM. All sectors in a country will not be separated from problems, including the field of education. Facilities are very influential in teacher performance activities. This study aims to determine how the influence of work facilities on the performance of SMP Negeri 21 Jambi City teachers. The population in this study were all 34 educators of SMP Negeri 21 Jambi City who would answer a questionnaire. The tool used in this research is a questionnaire aimed at employees. The questionnaire used refers to the Likert scale. Based on testing the regression model is Y = 2.121 + 0.254X, it can be seen that the constant value is 2.121 mathematically, this constant value states that the consistent value of the teacher performance variable is 2.121. The X regression coefficient of 0.254 states that for every 1% addition to the value of work facilities, the teacher's performance value will increase by 0.254. Based on calculations using the SPSS program, it shows that the value of tcount is smaller than ttable or 1.308 <2.037, so the research hypothesis which states that there is an effect of work facilities on teacher performance is rejected or H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. It is expected that at SMP N 21 Jambi City to pay attention to facilities, especially library facilities and infrastructure that are not as needed in order to support the teaching and learning process and have an impact on performance results.
